Public Invited to Visit Sales Preview Centers by Inaugural Homebuilders

MARINA, Calif. (March 10, 2017) — After years of anticipation and planning, the public can at last step foot on the long-awaited Sea Haven community, formerly known as Marina Heights. The Sea Haven community’s building partners, Wathen Castanos Homes and Renasci Homes, will open Sales Preview Centers on Saturday, March 25 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The “First Light” event will unveil the nearly-completed models and framed phase one homes as well as new Sales Preview Centers. Hard hat tours will take place for attendees to get the first opportunity to walk Sea Haven’s new homes.
“Our highly-regarded builders, Wathen Castanos Homes and Renasci Homes, will provide interested homebuyers with an onsite experience to better understand the Sea Haven community,” said Chuck Lande, lead developer for Sea Haven. “Our neighbors can look forward to a grand opening event this summer that will showcase fully-furnished model homes at all three of our new neighborhoods. Until then, our builders are here to answer any questions about Layia, Larkspur and Villosa.”
The Sales Preview Centers are designed to be a convenient resource for those seeking information about Sea Haven’s first three neighborhoods, Layia and Villosa by Wathen Castanos Homes; and Larkspur by Renasci Homes. The Sales Preview Centers will be accessible from Imjin Parkway and Marina Heights Drive.

Neighborhoods by Wathen Castanos Homes
Homes at Layia offer single-story living as well as a bedroom downstairs in the larger two-story plans. The plans are open with many options and flex spaces available to customize the home for each homebuyer. The one- and two-story homes will range from 1,849 to 2,725 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three and a half baths.
These homes focus on spacious living for large families. These one- and two-story plans feature unique designs such as L-shaped kitchens, positioning it closer to the living room for entertaining. This collection of one- and two-story homes will range from 2,380 to 3,411 square feet with three to seven bedrooms and two and a half to four baths.
Neighborhood by Renasci Homes
The homes feature usable outdoor living to bring in sea breezes and provide more outdoor living space, upstairs and downstairs. Master-suites are complete with retreats, walk-in closets and large showers. This collection of one- and two-story homes will range from 1,141 to 1,908 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two and a half baths.
