Sea Haven is proud to announce plans are underway for a new community park. A community dedicated to providing an adventurous lifestyle where you can be in touch with nature outside your front door. Because a big part of what makes a community special are the spaces shared with others, and Sea Haven is going big.
The sea-inspired 18-acre park will feature beautiful trails, creative play areas, multiple dog parks, and a community amphitheater as the central connection to 8 other community parks. From the ocean tides and kelp forest, sandy beach, and surf, to wharves and piers, these elements have encouraged the overall vision. An inspired space for inspired living, as a significant landmark in the community that will connect all who visit.

The philosophy of Sea Haven finds a delicate balance between what gets built and what remains untouched. With walks through the Oak Grove Preserve and along the Arroyo trails that stretch 1.12 miles, there will be a mixture of scenic paseos that bring the community together.
