Sea Haven Park
The grand centerpiece of the community will be the sea-inspired 18-acre, Sea Haven Park. It will include large areas for activity and motion as it represents the open sea that meets the sandy shore and surf. With approximately 2 miles of winding paths woven throughout picnic and thoughtful seating areas, Sea Haven Park is a tribute to Marine life and the ecologically significant kelp forests.
Oak Grove
The Sea Haven community is a thoughtful plan, one that finds a rare and delicate balance between what gets built, and what is left untouched. An amazing area left mostly to its natural state is the Oak Grove, paved just enough to grant exclusive access to a natural habitat unique to this coastal region. And it’s all your own.
The Arroyo and Trails
The hustle and bustle of life have no place here. The Arroyo is a natural extension of the Oak Grove, winding its way through the community of pathways and open spaces. This corridor is perfectly suited for fitness, wellness, and connecting with others.
